*Submission of the 1st proposal: 1–2 weeks after the confirmation of project and receipt of your creative brief (a questionnaire, with 22 guiding questions, will be sent to you via e-mail after we have received your investment for the project).

^For the Win-win Option, the balance should be settled upon project completion. You do not have to pay the balance if you are not completely satisfied with our proposed slogan solutions and decide not to use any of them.

Urgent Project: If you want to have our proposed slogans delivered in less than 7 days, an additional Rush Fee (30% of the Project Fee) will be charged. A minimum of 3 business days should be allowed for the development of your slogan/slogans.
